Self love leads to self discipline.
Self discipline leads to self improvement.
Self improvement leads to self knowledge.
Self knowledge leads to self mastery.
Self mastery is bliss.
Love yourself throughout the different stages of your growth.
Tips For Self Love: Say positive affirmations, be honest with yourself, be kind to yourself.
Discipline is doing what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like it. The more you discipline yourself the more improvements you see in your overall life. Most of us have an idea of the things we should and shouldn’t be doing.
Tips For Self Discipline: Get enough sleep. Do things in moderation.
Tips For Self Improvement:
Travel, see new places and have new experiences.
Be open to constructive criticism.
Take reasonable risks.
As you progress your knowledge of self increases, even if you don’t intentionally set out to learn about yourself you will pick up things along the way.
The more self knowledge you gain the easier your life is.
Tips For Self Knowledge: Keep a personal diary to document your experiences and occasionally reflect on these experiences and learn from them.
Self Mastery is a combination of all the above.

Thank you. 🙏🏾😊
this is what i lack
Identifying what you lack is a good place to start if you want to change.
So so so sooooo good!!!! Great post. Great advice.
Thanks I’m glad you find it helpful.
And the interesting thing is, you can’t do much of this on your own!!
Self discipline is the hardest of these, I think, but that’s excellent advice to get good sleep because our will power goes to heck when we’re tired!
Yes sleep is so good for our health. May we forget our worries when we go to bed and have quality healing sleep.
Thanks for stopping by, best wishes.

Thanks, I’m glad you find it helpful.
Can’t “like” on your site (having trouble with this elsewhere too) and looks like my comment didn’t go through…hmm….
I received your comments, sometimes I have issues commenting on other sites as well, seems like a technical issue but I don’t know if it’s on my end or the other person.
It’s definitely a widespread, ongoing issue that started happening recently.
But…c’est la vie. The way of machines.
And you’re welcome!
Thank you so much for stopping by I appreciate your perspective.
Oh, man, if only more people believed or understood what you said above… “We can learn from each other even if our views differ”….. we would not be where we are now, would we? Such a simple thought, but so so so profound…. 🙂 🙂
Yes it is, sometimes the biggest problems have simple solutions.
Sometimes the simplest solutions are the most natural and life-supporting. They come from the heart more often than the intellect.
I wholeheartedly agree Barbara.
Yes Jaja you are very right. Self love and self discipline and even self-esteem is significant to an individual
And the more we care for ourselves individually, the better we are collectively.
They say, “Even a stopped clock is right twice a day” 😉, and Christianity does not have a lock-out on Truth, but it is the most complete Truth in the universe. All other “truths” will at some point break down and fail, but the Truth whose name is Jesus will stand forever.
Indeed, we can learn from each other even if our views differ.
Absolutely!!!! I don’t have to agree with you but I must strive to understand you. Our world would be at peace if we all understood this principle and live by it.
Thank you, if we strive to understand each other the world will be a better place.
