Sexual Energy: Preventing Wet Dreams

Nocturnal emissions or wet dreams are orgasms during sleep. When these orgasms are accompanied by ejaculation this defeats the purpose of sexual energy conservation.

For those trying to conserve sexual energy there are easy ways to stop wet dreams.

Main Causes

Late Eating: Consumption of food and drink at night is the main reason for wet dreams.  Stop eating and drinking at least three hours before going to bed. Allow food to digest before sleeping.

Subliminal Sexual Messages

Society is rife with music, movies and commercials that contain sexual undertones. Being bombarded with this sexualized media all day affects our subconscious and sometimes it plays out in our dreams. Protect your conscious and subconscious mind by being mindful and seeing things as they are. Avoid getting caught up in fantasies that are projected  at you by the media.

Other Causes

Stress, tight underwear, infection of uterus and prostate.

Simple Exercise

This simple yet powerful exercise helps with stopping wet dreams.

Lie flat on your back and focus on your PC Muscle until you feel warm energy gathering there. Focus on it for about 10 minutes.

Stand up and inhale while clenching your fists and squeezing your PC muscle and at the same time place your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

While inhaling and squeezing your PC muscle hold your breath for as long as you can. Repeat the exercise about 36 times.

Finish by massaging your PC muscle anti-clockwise and then clockwise.

Be Vigilant

Wet dreams are nothing to stress about. I have had my share of them in the past. A little daily discipline solves the problem.
