Sexual Energy 4: Penis and Ejaculation Control

Penis and ejaculation control are essential in building mental and physical strength. When the penis becomes the master the man becomes a slave to desire. Once a man is fully able to control his penis and ejaculation everything else in his life will be much easier.

Therefore a man must gain mastery over his lower member.

Rules and Guidelines

Master these exercises in order to stop the sperm from ejaculating outward. You will instead be able to direct it inward and up the spine during sex. This is an ancient technique. The more you perform this exercise the better you will become at it.

You may do this exercise numerous times throughout the day but do not be excessive. Different men will have different limits.

Be sure that you have not eaten or had anything to drink for at least one hour before doing the exercise.

Before beginning do a few jumping jacks and squats, then stretch. The warm-up should be light and just enough to get your blood flowing but not intense enough to get you exhausted.

The exercises must be done barefooted.

Levels Of The Exercises

The exercises have different levels. At the most basic level muscle contractions are needed to control ejaculation and direct it up the spine. At the most advanced level only the mind will be used. As you progress there will be a gradual shift from muscle to mind until control is purely mental.

Beginners will squeeze the PC, anus, legs, eyes and face muscles to stop the flow of ejaculation from leaving the body and direct it upward. The PC and anus muscles work as pumps that transport sexual energy up the spine.

At the intermediate level less muscle contractions will take place. Men who reach the intermediate level will squeeze only the PC and anus muscles while using the mind and breath to transport the energy.

At the advanced level there will be no squeezing of muscles. At this level the man will be able to use his mind to stop external ejaculation and direct the energy up the spine.

Exercise 1

Stand or sit on the edge of a chair.

Stimulate your penis until you are near ejaculation then stop and inhale while squeezing your PC and anus muscles. Clench your fists, close your eyes and look up. Tighten your leg muscles. Keep Squeezing all the muscles and hold the inhalation for a while.

Relax your muscles for about 2 seconds.

Exhale while squeezing your PC and anus muscles. Clench your fists, close your eyes and look up. Tighten your leg muscles. Keep Squeezing all the muscles and hold the exhalation for a while.

Repeat the inhalation and exhalation while squeezing your muscles until your erection completely goes down.

When your erection goes down place the tongue on the roof of your mouth and take a few deep breaths from the belly.

Exercise 2

Stand or sit on the edge of a chair.

Stimulate yourself until your penis becomes erect. When near ejaculation stop and inhale while squeezing your PC and anus muscles. Squeeze your eyes and mouth. Tighten your leg muscles.

Relax your muscles for about 2 seconds.

Exhale while squeezing your PC and anus muscles. Squeeze your eyes and mouth. Tighten your leg muscles.

Keep repeating the inhalation and exhalation while squeezing your muscles until your erection completely goes down.

When your erection goes down place the tongue on the roof of your mouth and take a few deep breaths from the belly.
